Are you currently working with the Child Welfare System on a Case Plan so your children can be returned to your care? Are you feeling like your options are becoming more limited? Please know that you are still able to be actively involved in shaping your child’s future by choosing to do what is called an Intervention.

An Intervention is a legal process in which you have the right to place your child for adoption through a private adoption entity as long as your parental rights have not been terminated in a court proceeding.

  • The assurance that your child has a permanent and safe home outside of foster care.
  • The ability to receive pictures and updates.
  • Our experienced staff is able to provide your child with the support they need as they transition and move into their new adoptive home.
